Alicia, along with her whole team, is eager to jumpstart her music career so that she can focus on it full-time.
Alicia Carol is a passionate and talented singer with a truly eclectic approach. Her music falls somewhere in between the lightness of pop and the warmth of soul and R&B. In particular, Alicia’s incredible talent as a vocalist is often being praise, as she consistently showcases her astonishing range through performances that are always full of emotion and meaning.
Hailing all the way from Carrol County, Tennessee, Alicia’s music is deeply embedded within the country music scene, although her sound breaks free from the genre’s stereotype, going for a fresher and more modern approach where it’s not really about genres and categories, but purely and simply, great songs with a unique attitude.
Armed with a set of memorable songs and with uncommon vocal chops, Alicia set out to charm audiences and critics alike in many different situations, including participating in several talent shows and Christmas musical features.
Songs such as “Never Enough” are a great example of Alicia’s unique approach, bridging the gaps between the timeless appeal of country-pop and the emotional impact of soul and gospel. Clocking in at slightly over the 3-minute mark, the song is chock full of lush melodies, memorable hooks and compelling instrumental that blend together in a very natural and evocative way.
“Stay at Home Mom” is another really notable track, particularly for Alicia’s earnest lyricism and the way she can talk about stories, people and experiences that matter in such a light-hearted and relatable way, making listeners feel comfortable in any given scenario. Last but not least, “I’ve Raced That Train” is a song that feels more intimate and slightly introspective, with lyrics that look back on what happens through life: the passion, the struggles the ups and down that we all face when we “race that train” and try to catch up with our dreams and the pursuit of happiness.
One of the most striking features of Alicia’s music is definitely the way she can turn deep themes into extremely pleasant and accessible tunes for listeners of all walks of life. Find out more and let the songs tell you the rest of the story!
